Annulering meer dan 48 uur van tevoren:
U kunt uw afspraak kosteloos annuleren via uw profiel in Salonkee. Het betaalde voorschot wordt automatisch teruggestort.
Annulering binnen 48 uur voor de afspraak:
Annuleringen binnen 48 uur kunnen uitsluitend telefonisch worden doorgevoerd. In dit geval wordt het voorschot helaas niet gerestitueerd.
Indien u meer dan 15 minuten te laat bent voor uw afspraak, kunnen we de gereserveerde tijd helaas niet meer optimaal benutten. In dat geval zijn we ook genoodzaakt het voorschot aan te rekenen.
Afspraken dienen minstens 48 uur vooraf te worden geannuleerd. Bij een laattijdige annulering of bij afwezigheid zonder verwittiging wordt de behandeling volledig in rekening gebracht.
